i always wonder how many people don’t actually test as well. The nutters obviously won’t, if you were WFH maybe you wouldn’t too? Then obviously if you can’t WFH and you can’t afford to have time off then it’s a pretty shit decision for you.

Testing ran out in the whole of England yesterday so I'm guessing that many positive cases would have been missed from the figures reported.

We had people test positive and tried to hide it when we were only offering SSP. It was a nightmare. Now at least double jabbed are being paid full salary, but some guys really rely on the maximum overtime so I could see them ignoring a test if they were asymptomatic.

I've managed to order a box today (I have a feeling that at some point you might end up needing a Covid Pass AND a negative test for the football...)

On that, Brighton seem to be asking for the pass plus valid photo ID tonight. I don't have any valid photo ID, I don't drive and my passport expired in 2018. So we'll see how that goes for home games.

An expired passport is still considered valid as a form of photo ID, at least it was for mine when I completed the census.

Have decided that I'm not appearing on Sunday - this is a higher risk venue & having last Christmas, the last 2 birthday celebrations (which included a family holiday I had paid for, though got the money back) blown out by this I am not prepared to risk this years Christmas trips to see my family.

Not been able to see them much this year - just going to limit any interaction till then, particularly as my younger son's wife is in the early stages of pregnancy. More important for me to be there than watching us (probably) losing to Chelsea.
