He hasn't got anything to say here, I don't see the point in any of this. You've already told us to get vaccinated (again), the majority of us will listen and go and do it (again). You thumping your ham hock fist against a lectern and stumbling over your words (and at least try to sound statesmanlike, "jabbathon" FFS) makes no odds to anything. In fact might do more harm as virtually no-one trusts you, so the more you speak, the more people will do the opposite of what you say as nearly everything since the start of the pandemic has been a disaster, an outright lie or both.

Tickets were available for Chelsea yesterday and could’ve got two together in the SB for me and my lad.

Wife says no as too risky before Christmas but she’s 45 minutes each way on a tube train and another 50 minutes e/w on a normal train from Kings X.

Strange logic but can’t see there’s much chance of us not getting omicron pretty soon.

we're excluded from the work from home guidance now. watched them ramping up numbers of staff in rooms, and lo and behold seeing depts with 40% of staff off sick with covid.
bizarrely, many work xmas do's are going ahead. my teams do is, but i am a lone wolf having said i don't want to attend. some colleagues are cancelling their do's though.
apparently government are ramping pressure to be fully open, and are insisting to universities they must not move teaching etc online or close campuses.
I constantly feel like we are the canaries being taken to the coal face to be honest.

i always wonder how many people don’t actually test as well. The nutters obviously won’t, if you were WFH maybe you wouldn’t too? Then obviously if you can’t WFH and you can’t afford to have time off then it’s a pretty shit decision for you.

got to hold my hands up here. I don't test as regularly as I should (or I haven't been til now).
WFH 2 days per week - recently increased to 3. Gone in to the office but locked myself away. Generally see no-one except mrs jelly (same household) and my folks (boostered and pretty much still self isolating - they go to the doctors/medical appts, and collect shopping via click and collect.)
Occasional contact with 1 stepdaughter.
although that said have attended a few games, where i was testing prior and post match (as advised by kenny, who I hope continues to recover)
