To be honest I have no clue. Always avoided supermarkets where I could and when I lived in Darlaston, from the lockdown to the day I left the area I went in once. Here in Market Drayton I have been in the local Morrisons a few times, once since the new lockdown so no idea how they handling it as when I went in I think I made the total customer count = 8.

Unless you go into hospital for something else but catch Covid in there (told its rife in new cross by someone I know who works there) then croke it, they're still putting Covid on your death certificate.

Happened to a family friend ok he was very ill with cancer and would have likely died anyway but hadn't left the house etc for months no Covid symptoms tested on arrival negative. Died in hospital.....what was added to the death certificate as a cause of death, the Covid 19 he caught whilst in there.

Yeah exactly my point think they need a better way of measurement surely its about time the 'had covid 19 within 28 days = cause of death covid' way of measuring is looked at. Doesn't make any difference to the dead but these figures are being used to ruin peoples livelyhood to massively restrict peoples freedoms there needs to be better measures so comparisions can be made more accurately.

Tier system seems to have eased on quite a few things but got stricter on pubs (even compared to the previous) hasn't it?

Tier 2 only drinks with substantial meal (basically shutting proper pubs) that was tier 3 last time wasn't it?

Its ok though think he's hoping the oiks will be pleased with the fans back at soccer headline and not notice that.

Decided as I'm missing away days and we're likely to end up in tier 3 (like most working class areas no doubt) we can recreate an away day by picking a tier 1 town or city each week and invading it for a day on the piss!

So a club like Burton or Kiddy Harriers with capacities of around 7k can have 3,500 attending.

But a club like Man U with a 75k capacity can only have 4k attending

Surely the smaller stadiums with smaller toilets, smaller concourses and just generally, erm being smaller are far less safe and offer a far greater risk of infection spread than the bigger grounds, which have far bigger concourses, toilets etc and offer better opportunity for social distancing?

Surely a 10% of capacity, or 20% of capacity would have provided a a far safer solution across the board than this?

Tier 1 is no household mixing in pubs (previous level 2)

Tier 2 is substantial meal only for booze (previous level 3)

Tier 3 takeaway only (what it is now)

I thought it was 10 or 20% of capacity or 2000/4000 and whichever was smaller applied

Haven't listened, but if that's what it is then won't be going to the pub - I'm likely to still be tier 1 down here but no household mixing means I am in there on my own which isn't any fun.

Wow hadn't clocked the no household mixing in tier 1 and they're saying these tiers are here to stay till spring and won't be reviewed till then so even if everything goes swimmingly and every area is in tier 1 there's still no mixing in pubs till the spring.

May as well shut all pubs now!

No, it's up to 4,000 fans or 50 per cent of stadium capacity - whichever is lower. Which is why it seems stupid.
