That's just lack of playing time throughout their whole life tho. That's why this is important, if the next generation get to play more in and out of school and later on in life then that becomes less and less (we won't eradicate it becuase Ryan Bennett et al)
This is one of the very rare occasions when I actually know what I am talking about. I was a girls football coach to fairly decent level when I was a teacher. Had some really very promising players, but they just hadn't played enough - and not games, but just kicking a football around.This is true. Boys are Y6 level are better than the girls because they've been immersed it from toddler age. Girls don't tend to show any interest until later as dads don't tend to have kickabouts with daughters. The culture needs to change but it will.
