Wolves 3 v PNE 2 - a mental game verdict thread

He isn't going to give up the mendes connection, loads of money, the atmosphere and the project to go down south for the porno dwarfs, and moyes is apparently having a triumphant return to goodison

Going to need to go up this if we're to keep Nuno - both Everton and WHU will be sniffing round him next week if they have any sense

Agree - simple really

Don't get promoted and we are vulnerable (Nuno & a number of players)

Get promoted and suspect that they will be in for the next chapter

Are we seriously going to have posters shitting themselves every time it looks like a premier league managerial role is coming up?

Probably, but would be surprised if he wanted to go to the likes of Everton or WH.....we are probably almost big a club already and potentially bigger, also with Fosun in charge have a bright future

I think you're right, my mince pies must be going.

Changed it now :)

I think that might've been my fault. It looked like a backheel when we were watching it back on my phone in Boho.

Ivan's backheel for Bonatini in the second half was beautiful though, I would've loved for that to go in.

Nuno didn't come here because he was desperate for a job - he could have stayed at Porto or moved to a similar club. He came here due to his links to Mendes and buying into the Fosun project. He ain't going to bloody Everton or West Ham!

Nuno isn't going anywhere, he's here for the long haul/until Mendes wants to move him!

BTW what do we think Brights punishment will be for his post match photography? I wouldn't be surprised to see him loaned out at Xmas.

What did he post picture wise?

A shot from the dressing room post-match and you could see Helder's winky. Fair to say that "short man, long fuse" does not apply to the boy...

to be fair it was bit a cold yesterday..

That pic was a big breach of trust for me. If I were the manager, a team mate or, especially, Helder I’d be seriously pissed off with him

That's what I think, Helder could well be furious (he equally may not care and think it funny) but if he is annoyed then I wouldn't be surprised to see us shift Bright to keep dressing room harmony.

Hopefully we get rid of him because he's shit with a poor attitude.

He's definitely not shit, there's a great player there if we can get him right.

This isn't a new thought. He's not shit, I can see what people see him in, but he's not for me. Plays for Bright Inc. and not Wolverhampton Wanderers and I don't think that will ever change

It will be interesting to see how Nuno handles this. He is always talking about the strength of the pack: clearly Bright has simply been stupid, but he could have done a lot of damage. Much will depend on Helder's reaction. Tough one...

No chance. Doesn't have any of the mental attributes, not even close. You can't just learn that and he doesn't have the work ethic anyway.

He has great feet but he doesn't seem very smart, either in his actions on or off the pitch. It's a shame as he is talented but I worry he won't reach his potential.

But they have won at our place . balance innit. Last 8 games won 3 drawn 1 lost 4. Not exactly a great recent record. V Norwich we have only won 1 in 9. Don't care if its home or away 4 wins in 16 against those 2 makes me a tad concerned. Time to break that.
