This is a tough one, but given Nuno's new contract and the clear intention to sign more players - plus how crap Spurs were y/day - I've gone for 5th/6th.

This is a tough one, but given Nuno's new contract and the clear intention to sign more players - plus how crap Spurs were y/day - I've gone for 5th/6th.

I went 5th/6th on the basis that with no europa league we are better than leicester, everton and Tottenham.

The lack of extra games for us, and the extra workload for Spurs/Arsenal/Leicester should definitely work in our favour, you would think. Even if they have bigger squads the condensed nature of the season is going to take a toll.

We're not the finished article yet so it's a little difficult - I think you can probably write the top 4 in again from last season, but 5th downwards is up for grabs. We noticeably tightened things up over the 2nd half of the season, unfortunately while at the same time the legs started to go and we lost attacking potency. If (and it feels like we've been saying this for a while) we can stay solid at the back and add a few more goals, 5th is definitely within reach.
