A few months ago I wrote on here about our dear friend Amy who was fighting cancer. Last week she had to have a leg amputated as the doctors battle to save her. Despite all she has been through, she has been incredibly brave and optimistic that she would beat this most evil illness. And still she battles on determined to win her fight.

It's a fucking awful awful thing to happen and takes years to comprehend what happened.

My best mate was killed in a crash in Poland in 2007 and it still upsets me when I think about him.

A good friend of mine died a year ago in some strange, not yet explain circumstances. It really affected me when I heard he'd died. Hope you look after yourself mate.
