Carlton Cole to Albion as well! Awful.

Ok Posh fans, there wont be any incoming signings today but that has nothing to do with players having to leave etc, the real reason is due-To a certain championship club failing to make an agreed large payment (not thousands btw) last week on plyr they bought from us

Perhaps Pearce's new job at Forest could be cheque writer then

Oh dear Forest. Will they be in trouble for that?

Norwich loaning Kyle Lafferty to Turkey, and trying to buy Craig Noone from Cardiff....

Al Gharafa still trying to push through a deal for West Brom striker Brown Ideye.

What a stunning £10m purchase that was.

Looks like Jarvis going to QPR, that's their left side of midfield covered :)

Surely alarm bells should have rung when Nigeria took Shola Ameobi to the World Cup ahead of him. In the bits I have seen he has looked truly desperate. That Maierhofer style of not even looking like he should be on the pitch.

Ince gone to Derby.

He must be delighted with the months he spent with Pappa Ince choosing the perfect club.

His goal in the Prem was a stunner (well it hit his back and went in).

Burton, the man in charge of the recruitment last summer, has had a mare.

Apparently Redknapp tried to send Zarate back to West Ham in order to take Jarvis, but can't because it is against the rules? If so, fantastic and just sums himup

Nah - that is Les Ferdinand's fault. Floppy has spent all weekend setting him up as the patsy.

Had a quick scroll down the BBC Live text and saw this:

Today, Fifa Interactive World Cup 2014 Grand Final competitor David Bytheway and Football Manager expert Alex Stewart will be providing insight and analysis of players involved in deals from a gamer's perspective.

"Tom Ince is a great signing for Derby. He showed at Blackpool that he's a good Championship player and he could play a key part in Derby's automatic promotion push. Derby don't have great pace in wide positions but Ince brings 82 acceleration and 85 agility which can make him really tricky down the wings."

Maybe I'm having a sense of humour failure but they seem serious?

Apparently West Ham have had 8 deals fall through, one of which was Adebayor

1) why are they trying to sign Adebayor
2) why do clubs just try to sign any old shit on deadline day?
