I have been told when I will be going live on radio which has made me happy.

It will be either this Sunday the 14th or the 21st. I will be on Stafford Radio between 2pm and 3pm joining the Dr and Matron show in that time presenting my Jukebox song of the week.

Have found a lovely product called ' Chamois Butt'r ' specifically designed for cyclists nipples and between their legs to stop any chaffing, but it also makes for a lovely moisturiser for ladies

Having tried to get my head above water now I've moved in, I bought my wife a new kitchen from IKEA for her birthday yesterday.
It arrived today and completely filled the garage.

I've stopped panicking now, but you see that bit about getting my head above water?
Well... forget that now!

There's around 600+ pieces. From little hinges and odd plastic things in bags to work tops about 8 feet long....

I now have to go out and buy 873 yards of gift wrapping paper and 86 rolls of sellotape.
