Im off to the left of the camera getting punched in the nuts by Donna, not even joking either, she jabbed me in the balls for looking at all the lovely ladies on display, Im surprised you can't hear me yelping in the video

My mate Rich is home from hospital and appears to be in good health. He has put half a stone back on in the last week after all the weight he lost while in his coma. Now to get him out for a beer!

In my own news I saw Chas & Dave at the Robin 2 and they were brilliant, a very good show and fun. I was aching though after standing at the front for nearly 3 hours.
