The Things You Are HAPPY About Thread.

I'm happy with my car behaving it's self and not playing up or having to be fixed

I’ve just took delivery of some new Wilson Staff Di9 irons. This has made me extremely happy!

You can't beat the sound of a freshly restrung Taylor acoustic....

On an impulse, just bought tickets for the End of The Road festival in August. http://www.endoftheroadfestival.com/

Can't afford it, but what the hell. It's a top lineup and any gig by the Dirty Three is worth letting your kids go hungry for.

That's a good looking lineup. However, I'll either have an overdue pregnant missus or a week old chavvie to care for. Which is something else I'm very happy about!

It's Friday. :)

I have a ton of homework to do this weekend, but it's mostly for my photography class final, so I'll get more joy out of it than the assignment will take away.

Quite! Two hours to go - I can't stop looking at them!

I'm terrible at golf but I do rather enjoy going to the driving range as it's great stress relief. I take great pride in the curve of my slice; can almost get it to go a full 90 degrees to the right at times.

I wish I had played again after my first venture last year. S'pose my next attempt will happen when I go to Edinburgh on Pad's stag

I just haven't had time.

Luckily with uni finishing for the year soon I should be able to get some lessons in and get playing.

I took it up last year, was shite but enjoyed it, and so have had 3 lessons this month. The difference in my game has been phenomenal - hopefully these game improving clubs will add a little bit of distance and control to supplement my much-improved tekkers. I absolutely love the game now though!

Thailand next week, Cambodia the week after...

If you find yourself coming over here Del, I'll put you up and you can play 'my' course.
A Links course. Check it out... 'Seapoint Golf Course, County Louth' Fairly gentle but some lovely holes, especially the 17th! Has no fairway!
And the 5th green is virtually on an island..

You big gay. You'll be cleaning the scuffs off the bottom tonight in the sink.

My Darts is getting better and that makes me happy.... won a few quid today in games i was very happy with that...
