The things that I really, really like thread...

That would do aswell tbh, as long as there were no people, just animals. Friendly animals.

Pandas would do I suppose..

Oh and Pot Noodles to live on if i was crap at catching fish, would just have to get skilled at starting fires to boil water for the PotNoodles.

Good thinking.

Then I could use the empty pots to catch rain water. Ive put some thought into this ya know :)

Where did these pots come from all of a sudden? :)

As long as I had a ' Wilson ' to rattle to id survive :)

Don't know what that is.

Don't know what that is.

Pandas, chimps, parrots, dolphins, butterflies.

The pots appeared because a plane carrying food bundles for Africa veered off course and dropped them all on my island. Lucky for me.

Wilson is a ball, with a face made out of blood. Google ' Wilson in Castaway '

I should have gotten that one,I've seen the movie! :(

So bear in mind that for 90% of that movie the cast was just Tom Hanks and a football, and you never noticed the football ??

Unless in the Norwegian translation they changed the name to Wilton or Waldus or something :)

Todays posts by Paul.

This morning I visited a prehistoric settlement , in a place called Torreparedones in the south of the province of Cordoba.

After 600 BC it became an Iberian Oppidium. That is an elevated fortress..It covered a 26 acre site.Which at the time was large enough to be called a town.

It later became a Roman city between 3rd century BC and 2nd century BC.There is a forum , a public square, temple and basilica. Also there are some thermal baths.

The location is beautiful. The roman city is about 1500 feet above sea level. The views were breathtaking.I could see small Andalucian villages on distant mountains , surrounded by miles after miles of olive trees. It was about 40 degrees , which is normal for this time of the year.I had a fantastic time.

In all seriousness though, it sounds like my kind of place. I love Roman architecture - pretty jealous actually!

There is a lot of Roman and Islamic architecture in Cordoba.
What made today so special , was the setting on the top of a mountain.
