England start with a nice bit of power and were deservedly ahead. Then a tremendous individual try by Tommaso Allen to bring Italy level.

Need an Ireland win tomorrow so they go full pelt at Wales next Saturday, have a gut feeling no bonus points for Wales might come back to haunt them.

If we don't beat Ireland then yes it will.

But I expect us to beat Ireland and make bonus points irrelevant.

Not so sure still think player for player Ireland are the better side but home advantage might tell.

At the moment we just don't lose the close ones.

We would be favourites at home against anyone bar the All Blacks I guess.

My thoughts - we have to HUGELY improve on today in finishing and that poor second half (defensively excellent but nothing going forward at all) to be certain of a win over an excellent Ireland side. It will be a belter of a test match.

And if Ireland win, England will win the title. The points in the bag today puts them in the right place to take advantage.

Ireland have a problem, they were hot favourites for 6 nations and maybe for world cup but for most of this championship they've been a bit meh....fair play to Wales though, they out tacticked us and fnished strongly

Wales have done well, just wish they would be a bit more expansive. International rugby is getting really dull.
