The Road To Germany 2024

Depends what winds you up, every time I’ve seen him play I’ve never felt like smashing his face in. Tactical fouls and getting in the refs ear isn’t something that winds me up from opponents. I get far more wound up by weak inconsistent referees end of the day Kane is an intelligent player and will know pretty early on how far he can push the boundaries not his fault.
Not his fault he decided to cut Adama in half?

Or back into a defender mid-jump?

It's shit and blaming the ref for not picking up on it is just bizarre.

That one challenge defines him then?
You can look at just about every player and highlight a poor challenge doesn’t mean that’s what they’re all about.

Do we have any MGW England call up related transfer fee?
We do.

Probably deserves a spot ahead of Maddison on current form if that were the only qualifying metric (obviously it isn't as changing loads of the squad around from one international break to another would be daft).

Kalvin Phillips being in is ridiculous.

Not sure who is the obvious pick in his place; we've still got Henderson in there for example.

Lopsided, unbalanced squad as always.

I'd be interested to see us play Stones & TAA in the positions/set up that they do for their clubs, but we are seriously lacking a decent centre half to do that.

Surely putting Stones and TAA in those positions would make us more lopsided and unbalanced!?

The reason Stones works for City there is because City always have an incredible press, have 70%+ possession and only play against 1 striker.

As for TAA, Klopp has solved the problem of TAA not being able to defend, but has created another one as Konate can't cope.

I would have thought players like Jacob Ramsey from Villa can't be massively far away, and maybe Harvey Elliott too.

Some of the younger players are being saved for the U21 Euros. It's only Malta and North Macedonia, they aren't needed here.

Bellingham and Dunk out, not that it really matters for these two games.
