The Road To Germany 2024

It's not Kane that I hate, it's that refs let him get away with it.

Not really as it makes him a card machine.
For me Kane has been a few levels above what Neves does when against us.

Can not like his actions and still admire the players ability. Certainly not a Barton type in that respect
I agree.

But if say, a Leeds fan said to you "I hate that beardy fuck Neves, always whining at the ref" I'm sure you'd say he's not actually that bad for it and is a good guy.

Then tell them Don Goodman is a legend, obviously.

Usually the main man up top for England suffers with a lot of anger for no apparent reason Rooney, Shearer also put up with a lot of flack in their time.
Rooney wasn't appreciated you're right but then as an individual there was plenty of reason to dislike, even if you supported a club he played for! Not to mention he could lose his head, never really performed for England outside of Euro 2004, got shoehorned into the team to our detriment, got 'international injuries' and never seemed to care that much. He was in plenty of ways representative of why we were shit for those periods. Those sort of things can't be thrown at Kane who... wins some fouls? I just don't get it. As the England captain he's excellent.

Every time I've seen him at Molineux he's been a fucking arsehole.

The 'tackle' on Adama he should've been sent off for was a disgrace. Deliberately set out to injure him when he was ripping them to bits.

Off the pitch he seems to be a top class man so no complaints about that and Spurs fans clearly love him.

4-1 across those two games (and we were in at best third gear after HT today) is pretty impressive.

England have a good ability to take games away from sides very quickly. Probably shows the depth of attacking quality.

Won that at a canter without Shaw, James, Mount, Foden, Grealish or Rashford, all of whom might reasonably have started.

The depth is outstanding.

Need to get rid of Maguire though.

...which nobody has argued against. He's also a world class arse. There's not a player in the PL I dislike more, bar those who are sex offenders

Define an arse, personally don’t see it. Keeps himself to himself in public life, doesn’t gob off in the media and leads the national side in exemplary fashion. Could think of about 50-100 current and ex players who’re bigger arses before thinking about Kane.

I think he's picked up a bit the last few games he's played. Who would you replace him with? Don't say Dier though please.

Watch him play against your team in person and come back to me

Erm I think I’ve seen him many times down here before, no worse than umpteen players who’ve behaved like arseholes. A lot of confirmation bias exist with this also Kane is regularly flattened or upended by opposition players but that’s fair game by all accounts, he should have had a penalty early on today but didn’t get it.

I don't 'hate' Kane, but his shithousery and getting away with pretty much anything he likes, winds me up a lot.
I also dislike Neves haranguing the ref.

He hasn't picked up, look at Italy's goal. Dreadful.

Colwill please.

Tomori has supposedly been very good for Milan this year. Granted, Serie A ain't what it used to be.

He made the mistake of having poor games v Chelsea in the CL.

No clue how he has done since then though

If you've seen him then you've seen what an utter prick he is and certainly was in the games we had Nuno as manager.

He universally gets booed at Molineux, I mean, you'd get the febrile feeling for Kane if you'd been in the stadium at any point when we've played Spurs.

He's an arsehole on the pitch.

Depends what winds you up, every time I’ve seen him play I’ve never felt like smashing his face in. Tactical fouls and getting in the refs ear isn’t something that winds me up from opponents. I get far more wound up by weak inconsistent referees end of the day Kane is an intelligent player and will know pretty early on how far he can push the boundaries not his fault.
