Rainbow laces would do it.Let's hope all the players are wearing rainbow vests under their shirts and we score a bucket load later....
Rumour is they would've sent the players off if they didn't remove them.Let's call this out for what it is. They are willing to make token gestures as long as it doesn't have any impact on them. The second it looked like it would they drop the issue like a hot potato.
Wearing the armband and taking a booking for doing so would have sent such a strong message, even if it was only done for this game.
I'd be disappointed but I expected it to happen.

The refs could've said no, they wouldn't book them, but that's another story
Can't play without a referee.
Would have massively affected sales though, so would have been a no go.A little forethought to include rainbow colours into the official kit design would have avoided the threat of a yellow card. Hindsight is a wonderful thing!
Got them all, but it took me longer to get the more recent ones. Particularly 2014 - I'd erased England's presence from that tournament from my mind.I did it earlier, only got 20. As is always the case it's the more recent ones I didn't get
Ah well. At least I know not to watch another minute of the tournament. I hope it's a complete fucking disaster. This is really weak.
As mentioned...the actual banning will have more impact than the players wearing them.Ah well. At least I know not to watch another minute of the tournament. I hope it's a complete fucking disaster.
