The NFL Thread

No wonder his kicking went to shit this season if he suspected this was going to come out.
The really disappointing thing is that people have been tweeting about this for years. Apparently been very much an open secret in Baltimore and there are already rumors that the franchise has known about it for ages.

When you're kicking records every season then it's easy for them to ignore it I guess (obviously pretty reprehensible). Now it's a case of what have you done for us lately when we're still paying you big money for the privilege of him missing important kicks. Now they've got an excuse to cut him without having to pay a premium to do so.

You're welcome you lucky bastard

As the Eagles discovered last time they lost coordinators after a SB you are trying to replace after everyone has already taken the brightest and the best, plus the QB coach is Moore's guy so I'd imagine he'll follow him. Frank Reich wouldn't surprise me if Sirianni is allowed to pick his own this time

Probably look at some college OCs. Not that you (or even I) could really guess who’d stand out. There are probably even some college HCs who would take an opportunity as a coordinator in the NFL.

Eagles @ Rams in Melbourne in 2026. Even with a post game bye that's going to tough logistically with a 24hr flight in there along with a 16 or 8 hour time difference depending how you look at it.

Can you direct out of there or do you need to connect in Japan first?
This is Philly to Sydney and it is nearly a day

Wow, I definitely wouldn't have guessed you'd be able to get a direct from that far East!

Myles Garrett wants out. Different situations because he's under contract, but I think Saquon has opened the eyes of elite players on a shit team as to what they are missing out on.

The Bills would make a perfect landing spot for him or Maxx Crosby. They are in need of elite players on their defense, pass rushers and CBs.

Yeah Crosby is another, the new dawn at the Raiders always seems around the corner. With Chip Kelly as OC the defense there are going to be on the field a lot. I think you are in 2 1s territory for both though, particularly as they are both likely to be low picks

Whoever gets him will need deep pockets as he's unlikely to move on his current contract (no guaranteed money next two years). Nick Bosa gets $34 million as the top paid DE so whoever gets him is likely gonna have to match that at the very least.

Guess it’s time for me to abandon the Saints. So, uhhhhhhhhh

Do I just become a KC fan?

(Second line joke, first line deadly serious)
