Dead

Doesn't appeal well to thickos. But you still have me.

Also streams/info/rumours along with FB/WhatsApp groups being widely available and us being wank since Nuno left.

I used to post a lot more - back in the early days, this forum was a breath of fresh air in that people could say anything and generally people would listen, and then politely disagree if they felt it was appropriate.

Now... it's like Molineux Mix was when this place started. Constant arguments. Constant repetition of the same old words. I find myself thinking "nah" to posting - but I still read pretty much every day.

I still read every day (though lately its maybe every other, and that is on Jeff, no one else). I like to read every Wolves post

So this summer I had the Transfer Thread open for weeks trying to catch up as I found myself with less spare time :ROFLMAO:. Couldn't keep up with it. Then I finally reached the last page and fuck all had happened really

Thought I would post in here as I am finally back in connectivity. Had barely any access to anything since August as I have been off doing shit in the bush where you aren't exactly adjacent to internet connections.

However, as Dan said earlier in the thread I hadn't been posting much for a few months. It's difficult when you don't see much if anything of the games any more, don't live in the country so don't have the same local connection any more for most of the general conversation on UK matters, and then with my internet not being available I hadn't seen even the results this season.

I will hopefully pop on a bit but again, when I post you are all mostly asleep and vice versa so conversation is a challenge.

Also, having no internet for over three months has been strangely bloody liberating so my usage will probably be a lot lower in future.

It isn't a black mark against this place, just a personal circumstances change really.

What sort of shit keeps you busy out in the bush Paddy?

Perimeter clearance on large properties as it looks like bushfire season could be bad. These places are out in the arse end of buttfuck nowhere even by Australian standards and you really need a twenty-metre firebreak all the way round minimum. We have had a fairly windy winter so I have been removing a LOT of deadfall to clear them. You essentially build bloody great fire piles for burning in a safe spot (ideally on granite or similar as there are huge slabs of that everywhere in the bush round here) and then arrange for the brigade to come and safely burn them as it is illegal to have a burn of a pile with any dimension bigger than two metres (even before total fire bans kick in like they have been as spring has been very hot and dry).

On top of that there are plenty of maintenance jobs in these places. Always shit to do.

I have some skippy stuff to do as well. My landlady has a pet kangaroo. I shit you not.

I’d just assumed you were showing an American journalist around belonga Padd, while being chased by a gang of Colombians

Me and Paul Hogan - never seen in the same room. It's uncanny.
I imagine you looked just like your avatar when you briefly return to the interweb to check the Wolves results

Good to hear from you again mate - pleased you're doing okay
