The NFL Thread

Signed Tyler Huntley from the Ravens practice squad he's probably a better option than Skyler Thompson at QB.

There was a time when Lamar himself was really talking a big game on Huntley’s behalf.

He’s a bizarre player IMO but no less capable for it. Could be shrewd.

I'm out, but the OL is the best unit of the team, so if the wheels are falling off there then the season is going to go tits up quickly, which with the HC fudge isn't surprising

Doesn't look great. Hurts looks all over the place

They’ve figured it out a bit now; was saloon doors during the 1st quarter.

Tell you what, if New Orleans win this, it’s almost entirely on Sirianni. Some truly baffling calls from him today.

Fuck man. Can always count on a Dennis Allen defense to make an unforgivable error at the crucial moment. And no idea why the offense went to shit today.

The Vikings and Darnold have been very good these first 3 weeks. Won't be getting carried away though I've seen too many false dawn's through the years with this team, there's usually something shite around the corner.

The two Saints running squarely into one another at full tilt was almost comical

The Vikings looking the real deal, doing a number on the Texans.
For all the plaudits and anointing of CJ Stroud as a top 5 QB, I believe he's got a 1-8 record against teams with a winning record. So he looked great last season against a pretty soft schedule. He's still good, but maybe everyone jumped the gun on his eliteness a bit.

Thing about last season is the Texans were (and still are really) at a big talent deficit. That’s closed a bit but not completely.

Certainly doesn’t hurt that the AFC South is pretty mid lately.

Andy Dalton carving up the Raiders, three TD passes so far.

Sean Dyche lookalike Andy Dalton having a cracking game. Spearing the ball around well.

The year of the veteran continues.

Dalton’s weird, never really thought he was the problem with Cincy when there but was seemingly labeled a backup because of it.

Too old now but he could have been a starter somewhere IMO.
