Yes - but he'd be sacked from Derby quicker than Rotherham . If he wants time to develop as a Manager , than Rotherham is a better bet for now than Derby .

He's been there 6 years with multiple relegations and promotions. How much developing do you want him to do?

6 years at Rotherham though isn't it. Fair to say he has developed there. Promotions and relegations and now ready to take a step up, even if that means gong back down to L1. He gets it right at Derby, he stands more of a chance of promotion to the PL.
