Redknapp won't work again after this. He's 67.

..english leagues most sacks in the world?
Not at all.

From the 12 participating teams in the Bulgarian top division, 6 have changed their managers during pre-season (two clubs did that twice), and another 7 managers got sacked or resigned so far. The longest serving manager was appointed in October 2012 and it looks like an era.

Looks like Mark Robins is getting the Scunthorpe job.

Rob Edwards sacked by Tranmere.

Apparently Dave Jones has been at their last two games.

I normally do not agree when managers are dismissed after only a few months, but on this occasion it is clear that there is something very wrong at Tranmere. They should not be where they are, and a change is probably for the best.

Being owned by Mark Palios doesn't fill me with good feelings for their future prospects.

Palios was a decent administrator to be fair. This country's obsession with what people do with their genitals did for him.

He didn't appoint Edwards, as ever it is always a surprise when a new owner retains the incumbent rather than the other way round.

Palace considering moving Warnock to a DoF role

Dunno. The rumour didn't tell me that

Palace considering moving Warnock to a DoF role

That would be a truly abysmal decision. He just doesn't go to enough games, nor does he know enough about how to scout players as he's never done it. He had Mick Jones to organise all of that for him and if you were to ask him about match analysis he would give you a blank look (he's not alone in that though).

DoF positions are not for managers and never will be.

Micky Adams is delighted that Micky Adams is set to be appointed at Tranmere.

Neil Warnock denies being moved upstairs::

Crystal Palace boss Neil Warnock denies he is being lined up for a move to the Selhurst Park boardroom.
The 65-year-old replaced Tony Pulis at the end of August and is six matches into his two-year contract.
"I'm not ready to move upstairs. I will take the story with the pinch of salt," Warnock said. "I know nothing about it. I'm afraid I'm not into that at the minute, I'm just concentrating on managing.
"You are going to get rumours like that. I have come to help Palace out and I'm really enjoying it."
