He has one promotion and one play-off finish in his two seasons of management. Pretty good really. Warnock isn't awful either, he's got promoted from the 2nd tier twice which is pretty good and although he's never been top tier or particularly likable his achievements are better than most.

No. They were a fairly routine Warnock side.
