The Transfer Thread 2024/25 - Everything Not Wolves

Full amortisation in year one for academy sales or under 21s with less than x amount of senior top flight appearances would stop the nonsense fees.
Do they even want to stop it? Feels like this is almost what it was designed to do just taking it to the next level. Prevent anyone ever breaking in to the big leagues and now they can avoid restricting the ones already there.

Villa have not included Donyell Malen in their Champions league squad as they can only register 3 new players for the knockouts. Rashford, Asensio and Disasi were included instead of him.

It looks like Real Madrid have all but won the race to sign Trent Alexander Arnold.
I saw a sports lawyer stating that Steve McManaman’s move to the same club was one of the most lucrative deals he was involved with. This will undoubtedly surpass that.

Thomas Müller leaving Bayern.

Who would have guessed that Boehly could be scammed?

Proportionate to our incomings and outgoings ours is down in a Mendes free year

£13.5 mil does seem like a lot though doesn't it?

Andrew Quinn features heavily in the more high profile transfers/contract renewals, who is he?

Same as last year when we paid Mendes to sell players for us

Who is he (Andrew Quinn) though?

He's involved heavily in our dealings but I think* I only read his name once in all the other Premier League transactions??

* I only did a very fast skim read of the table!

Just another sleazy corporate bellend getting rich off the back of our internal incompetence. Parasitical cunts, every last one of them.
