Craddock, Berra and Stearman were our best defenders in the PL, by quite some way, and we owned them all before we even got fucking promoted.

He'd probably hang up on his agent as soon as he mentioned they were the interested party.

I'd rather play for Hull with their (possible) European games and knowing I'm first choice up front, than QPR with Floppychops who could easily spunk money on a new striker at a whim before the window ends.

I suppose there is the London factor to consider over somewhere like Hull. But he's played in Newcastle before so why not?

Should've used to quote thing to make clear i was responding to Bear, your quick little post just popped up in between.

I think Welbeck would probably be willing to settle for less than Remy, he's already experienced being at a top club and may think it's better for him to drop down in order to find more regular football in his favoured position, he's got extra time on his side to try and get back to the top too. I would hazard a guess Remy is probably on more money than Welbeck at the moment too.
