5-3-2 solves our:

- Role for Cunha
- Lack of quality/suitability of wide forwards
- Maximises use of attacking traits of LBs on the books
- Good balance in midfield
- Kilmans best form
- More height in the team

Semedo is the only player it doesn’t work for…

Selling two centre back options, one an England international perfect for the central role in a three, then buying a wing back does not seem like good planning towards a transition to a back 5.

Semedo isn’t good enough. Doherty is worse. It would be nice to sign a RB that is actually decent.

Turning down the Napoli offer for Kilman is making me rage far more than potentially re-signing Doherty on a free though.
