I just don't get what he's meant to be. He's one-paced, no trickery, and a poor work rate. He would often keep Jota out of the Portugal team at a time when Jota was playing twice per week in the championship, getting kicked week in, week out, and scoring goals for fun with real purpose and drive. Night and day between the two. I'd go so far as to say that Trincao impressed more than Guedes.

It's the attitude that bothers me. Regardless of how much somebody is paid he hasn't tried once. That's the minimum requirement.

Pity you can't cancel footballers contacts after a probation period.
