Precedent was set at £50,000 when Blackpool got their game called off in protest about the Oyston's in 2015 or so.

What a load of bollocks the Everton statement is. It is a 3 year rolling cycle so if you are punished at the end of 2021/22 then the 2022/23 forms part of a different cycle. They can't claim they've already been punished for 2/3rds of it.

Yep. Akin to Nick Leeson saying he shouldn't be done for the last 20 times he shoved Barings towards insolvency with dodgy trades because the first 5 times he did it set them on that path.
