We need decent refs, and I think he is a huge step up from rubbish like Coote.

It's in second place to this one:

Drowning under Furious Yellow Shirt.

Michael Carrick dancing.

Paul Devlin getting dragged away.

So much material.

Your descriptions of this gif never fail to make me laugh :icon_lol:

Best gif ever.

There was a lovely Everton one. Middle aged woman looking really pissed off who then terrifies what I assume is her daughter as she screams "FUUUUUUCCCCKKKKK OFFFFF SILVA!!!" at about a billion volume by the look of it.

It's strangely mesmerising.

Another classic from Liverpool.

You've got the rising man, the gurner, the synchronised scarf swish of disgust and face puller to top it off.

Man City banned from Champions League for 2 years... come on 5th place...

Will that open up 5th for a champions league slot or will uefa take a place away from England?

Rumours going round they could be docked a large points total from PL or even demoted can’t see the latter happening at all.

Ace if Spurs got it then we won the Europa League and took that last place off them.

So if City win the Carabao cup and say the FA Cup as well (not beyond the bounds of possibility) then the European Qualification places are:

Champions League

1, 3, 4, 5

Europa

6, 7, 8

and that is before the likes of us winning the Europa or Spurs the Champions League muddies the waters further.

City will be in the CL next season. They'll appeal and they'll suspend the punishment until that's heard which'll be too late for 20l21

If the table were to finish as now, City won both cups and we won the Europa, then:

1st Liverpool (champions league)
2nd City (banned)
3rd Leicester (champions league)
4th Chelsea (champions league)
5th Sheffield United (champions league)

6th Spurs (Europa league)
7th Wolves (Europa league - place declined as in champions league as Europa winners)
8th Everton (Europa league)
9th Manchester United (Europa league)

I think CAS will hear this very quickly as the team denied millions for champions league having finished fifth will have a rather good legal case. It can’t drag out. Or UEFA rule the punishment stands unless or until an appeal is successful as they did with Chelsea’s transfer ban.
