Sky pick their TV games for the League Cup QF

Oxford v Man City. Good for Oxford, deserve the TV money for getting to this stage. So, expect Colchester get the same and an extra cash boost........well no, the maybe not happening game of Villa v Liverpool is on.

Liverpool not pulling out of the league cup.

They will play Villa on the 17th and their 1st game on Qatar on the 18th.

Every Liverpool player aged 17 and under looking forward to their debut at Villa Park

Cardiff continue to be classy over the Sala transfer fee. They are now facing a 3 transfer window ban if they don't pay up.

Hope they nail the fuckers. Their conduct throughout the whole sorry affair's been totally disgraceful.

Xhaka no longer the Arsenal captain. Interesting to see how the squad reacts as it was a player vote that got him the role.

I’d imagine by pulling a Chelsea and get Emery sacked

Not looking good for Macclesfield Town. Players still not paid and they set a deadline of today or they will essentially go on strike. Not been paid so at the moment the players are refusing to train and won't play in their FA Cup game at the weekend

Sky News reporting a constable has been charged with the murder of Dalian Atkinson in 2016.

Heard this on the radio earlier, so are they saying the policeman went with the intent of killing him ??

Doesn't have to mean intent. It can mean that it's reasonable to summise that the action could lead to death. We won't really know until it comes to trial, but surprised they've not gone for manslaughter

BBC said:
An alternative charge of an unlawful act manslaughter has also been put forward by the CPS for the officer charged with murder,

Not sure what that means. Perhaps that he can plead guilty to manslaughter and so a trial can be avoided?

So we got the right Italian then. Pateick Cutrone hasnt had the chances yet because of the guys in front of him however he is working hard, head down in training awaiting his chance, whilst the other one we were linked with in Miose Kean is flapping about upset the apple cart and throwing his toys around at Everton.

Macclesfield charged by the EFL for misconduct over not paying the players and staff

The homophobic abuse directed against the Wycombe goalkeeper today is absolutely disgraceful. Some fans are just hideous people.
