Currently in the UK we have had a lot recently where rape charges have been dropped because women have made statementa on social media or text messages stating the sex was consensual, police witheld the evidence from defence lawyers in one case a guy was charged and waiting for over 2 years before giving the evidence, atbthe moment it's quite a big scandal thats what Inwas alluding to.
