For example, I can't bring charges against my rapist because I have the penis. Doesn't mean the experience didn't fuck me right up. Granted I don't know the specifics of the UK law on the subject.

Reality is its a lot easier for a male to prevent himself being forced into intercourse than it is for a female.
If a male simply doesn't want sex there's a very good chance nothing will be getting downstairs to enable him to do it

Aye, but that doesn't mean that there shouldn't be laws/charges available in case those situations do arise.

Not all rape is accomplished through purely physical coercion.

It's not always about being forced though is it, if the case was like that of Ched Evans but with the roles reversed then it wouldn't be difficult for a woman to get a pissed bloke back to a hotel and get him going.

Maybe but as Paddy said it's not going to change. As I said before a female being charge for ie assault by penetration in appalling circumstances could well receive a heavier sentence than Ched Evans did for rape.

Actually it also includes anal penetration in the definition. But it does say penis so a woman going all postma on her partner with a dildo strapped on cannot be rape.
