Also both Walker and Southgate have said no when asked directly.

Yep, just watched it. Love to know how this is Kane "alluding to" Southgate is instructing them to sit back when we concede.

He simply doesn't, it's as the quote I posted above.

However I'd agree with PK, they're doing it anyway and that's down to GS.

One of those that looks a lot worse in the slow-mo than real-time. Think he was trying to move his arm away, just didn't have the reaction speed, but in the replay the ref was shown he's looking straight at the ball and it only shows the build-up to the touch.
