The Definitive TWF Wolves XI Thread (1970 - present)

Helder Costa
Michael Cunt Kightly
Nigel Vaughan

I'm vetoing all Dennison choices. He literally never played there for us.

I could well be wrong here (I was only 11 at the time) but didn't Dennison start on the right for the SVT final with Holmes on the left? Then he swapped to the left when Vaughan came on? Even if he did it's semantics, RW was never Robbie's position.

Costa
Kightly
Do loan players count if so Mark Walters, if not err Peter Daniel

Costa
Kightly
Henry I guess

Costa
Kites
Carl cort? It's hard to even think of another right sider other than newton and he was terrible....

I'm sure I recall Robbie Dennison cutting in from the right and curling a 20 odd yarder for a third goal vs Man City. Kinkladzi was playing for them and one of their fans ran on to the pitch to confront Nigel Clough. I could be wrong though or he could have been out there randomly.

Costa
Kightly
Daniel

Anyways, missed the CB vote, but here goes:

Costa (even though I've never seen him "live", though it appears the possibility will remain!)
Hibbett (Favourite player as a child. I recall him being wide right)
Kightly. There, I said it. He's still a swine though.

Definitely playing LWB. Which was weird in itself. Anyway you cannot pick him wide right, that is such a ridiculous cop out ;) Expressly banned in the rules as well, Robbie Keane played on the right wing a couple of times...

Didn't Alan Sunderland play wide right for us at times? Thought he'd have got some votes from the 70s crew...

I nearly put Alan Sunderland in and also Kenny Hibbitt but I'm saving Kenny for the central midfield role

I also nearly went for Sunderland but only saw him a couple of times and he didnt play RM those times
