Rondon is a good player, always felt he was misused and underprovided on shit squads and still managed to get a decent amount of goals. 16m is pretty cheap for him considering he should have atleast 2-3 good seasons in him before any decline.
Id still rather have maxi gomez over him, but maxi would likely be around 55-60m.

Don't think we can grumble too much if he goes to Everton ahead of us. Tosun is shite & Calvert-Lewin isn't quite there yet. So really Rondon could go there and become their first choice centre forward from day one. We all know that wouldn't be the case here.
