Sheffield United bulid up

Ha, talking about Neves being jaded!!!.... if he is he's still 10x better than last seasons options...
I'd be wary of Fleck tomorrow and of course the young lad Brookes.

They look a very decent team and have kept their league 1 momentum going (much like we did) that said, Sheffield Weds were pretty shit last Sunday and I can see Fletcher handing in a transfer request soon as by rights he should be in the premier league.....(the bald cunt)

The day has come and I haven't got round to researching the local hostelries. I've seen a few names mentioned. But any first hand recommendations on here?

All in our own hands now. We have a good chance to get back up to second, but it will be very difficult. The Blades have adapted superbly to life in the championship. A draw would not be a disaster.

I'd be happy with a draw.
Fun fact, in Sheff Utd's 9 league games so far, the team scoring first has won them all.

Let's hope Wolves score first then...

I have no doubt that if we play anywhere near our best we will win, but the Blades are doing well and must be full of confidence after winning the Sheffield Derby.

We can go top tonight by scoring 2 goals and winning. I know people would be happy with a draw but I think we should be aiming higher than that. Sheffield United look a decent side but nothing outstanding so far. Wilder has his team drilled but no better than our and I can't wait to see Jota and Cav running at their back 3.

Hopefully we will go top. And if we do, there is no reason why we cannot stay there.

I honestly think with the way Nuno is managing the squad that when others drop off, we will just keep going and create a bit of a gap.

I'm hoping they will be drained from Sunday, as that was a big effort for them and with one day more rest, plus Costa potentially getting some minutes we can take the game to them even if it will be a tough game physically.

Hopefully they'll be overconfident and play into our hands. If we can pass the ball better and break on them quickly, we can easily get a result against them.

Out this evening so will hopefully come back in to another 3 points

Would play N'Daiye in this one as can see them pressing us back & needing to break quickly. From what little I've seen he seems to have greater ability to do that over Neves & Saiss. Douglas back as well please - Vinagre has done well, but Barry is a step up from him.

Hopefully Costa for a late(ish) cameo to provide the icing on the cake

This would be my thinking as well, they are decent and a possible play-off team, but teams looking at automatic promotion should be aiming for a win here.

Saying that apparently its 16 games since Sheff Utd last drew, so law of averages says they are well overdue one.

After a lifetime of following Wolves, and particularly over the last couple of decades, when a match such as tonight comes along and we have the opportunity to go top, we often seem to bottle it and lose the opportunity to gain an advantage over our rivals. It will be interesting to see how the 2017 version of Wolves performs tonight. Wouldn't it be fantastic to be reading tomorrow morning in these threads how we went there, dictated play (as we know we can do), defended set pieces well (which we all know we haven't been lately) and won convincingly by a couple of goals. Please?

Dear me that front 3, I need to sit down.
