Next Manager chat.

The thing is there are actually Wolves "fans" on Facebook who think it's for real and are debating the merits

I despair sometimes
I've seen some fans debating the 'merits' of Paul Ince and Tim Sherwood today. Honestly.

I don't understand people.

I can't actually think of many worse candidates than those 2. (Saunders doesn't count).

Did Norman Deeley write that one?

Sorry to say that my employer is currently unavailable. If any of you bothered to watch the first test you'll know he is currently in Bangladesh as Ben Stokes' batting and bowling coach

Okay - he is a fat corrupt cunt that I fucking despise. I view him with utter contempt. I never want to see him working in football again. Let alone at my club. And this boyhood wolves fan stuff is effectively shit. He went occasionally. Like calling Eric Idle a rabid South Banker.

Some of the posters on this fresh have made a whole meal out of these bread puns.

It's about 20 times on this thread now mate, I think we know.

I don't see how often he used to go or not to be particularly relevant TBH - he was a Wolves fan as a kid.

It shouldn't have any bearing on whether he gets the job either as far as I'm concerned!

Apologies.

I just find even the idea makes me very very annoyed.

They could put Hitler or Bin Laden in charge for me if it means we achieve the owners ambitions at a speedier pace than looks like at present.

I just feel disappointed that, for me, he is the least unacceptable of many former Championship managers that have been mentioned on here. In other words there are others I feel would be worse than Allardyce, but I would still find his appointment disappointing.

I want to see what Rob Edwards and Sellars can do over the next two games, and I know it wouldn't be 'exciting' or 'sexy', but if they are successful, why not give them a go?

"Wim doing it on the cheap - spent all the dough on the Portuguese lad"

I'd like to see what RE and SS do over the next two games. Don't think they will be in the running for the job though.

If we want to bring in some top quality players in January we will need a higher profile manager than Rob Edwards. I hope he does well don't get me wrong but his lack of experience coupled with close relations to the old guard could be his undoing.

On the other hand perhaps he will be brave, drop Edwards, drop Doc get Cav on from the start and play people in their correct positions, we can dream I suppose.

What future does Rob truly have with us? I'd go full scape-goat and start as many new guys as the desired formation would allow. If there's a holdover with less than 12 months left on their contract, they wouldn't even sniff the bench again.

Also, I'd be a miserable failure of a manager. My tactic of flipping the squad in one transfer window a la FIFA would blow up in my face.

God, somebody competent come help us.

If we did put Hitler in charge when the ref raised his arm for a indirect free kick would all our players salute the dugout as well ?
