Dear Sky Sports News - it isn't Tim Sherwood's Swindon. It isn't his first match in charge. They have another manager for crying out bloody loud.
The set up is odd. Tim, the so called Director of Football, is in charge of football recruitment, setting style of play, picking squads etc. The other guy is now just in charge of errrrrr putting cones out and taking training when Tim's gilet is in the wash. So essentially Tim in charge and the "manager" is his assistant.Dear Sky Sports News - it isn't Tim Sherwood's Swindon. It isn't his first match in charge. Too bloody right - really chuffed it's on a Monday night as I can always make Mondays. Looking forward to it - should be a big crowd.Stourbridge - Whitehawk tonight. Langers, you going to the game?
When you think the FA Cup is dead, you witness nights like tonight that show just how much it means to small clubs.
Unreal night tonight - never seen the War Memorial Ground like tonight. It was rocking. Fabulous atmosphere and fortunately the team rose to the occasion. An excellent display, especially the 2nd half. The difference in speed and intensity to their league games was ridiculous!!
They've now got Northampton at home in round 2. Probably the biggest game in the club's history.
Tonight was absolutely superb.
They did - they drew at Home Park then beat them in the replay up here.Didn't they host and beat Plymouth a few years ago? I recall the match report on their website was a sight to behold :icon_lol:
Swindon losing 2-0 at home to Eastleigh in the FA Cup replay... Wimbledon 3-0 up vs Bury
