Yep, international tournaments are sold by whoever owns them. If it was a protected event like Wimbledon, The Cup Final etc then clearly it couldn't be sold to a satellite broadcaster

Think he was just a poor referee, as you say he should've booked Reyes immediately but sent Marquez off about 10 minutes before that for his two footed lunge.
