Leicester (H): We always win 4-3 verdict thread

Well this kind of game is why we love football, half thought it mght be a defensive borefest from both teams but turned out to be an end to end cracker, don't care if the defending was appalling. Some great goals, bit of controversy and who doesn't love an injury time winner.
Thought everybody played pretty well overall despite a couple of defensive lapses.
Probably get shouted down but thought Vinagre was poor today. He's very young and going to be superb in the future but today although we look better balanced with him on the left, his crossing was Doc levels of poor, in particular the one that led to Bennet fucking up and us conceding the first and giving the ball away too easily for the second. Like I said he is the future but wasn't quite at it today. The forwards and midfield were excellent, with Jota fantastic

Just back. That was absolutely epic. Brilliant entertainment.

Diogo I fucking love you, but that pass from Neves for our third goal, oh my word it was utter perfection.

Leicester's second I think the whole defence stopped as they assumed there was a foul on Jonny. Whether there was or not, you cannot do that and in that couple of yards of space Barnes absolutely leathered a super goal.

But hey I cannot focus on negatives on that. Best match I have watched in ages.

Did I mention I love Diogo?

Big shout outs for Dendoncker as well. Tremendous.

We look great. Avoid the leaks at the back and seventh is well within reach.

It looked a definite foul, it was right in front of me. Shouldn't have stopped tho.

Thought the ref was appalling, really shocking. The Jota booking alone should get him sacked. Also noticed he did fuck all when Klopp ran to the centre circle, but nuno steps on the corner and gets sent off. Cunt.

We should have had a penalty too and Leicester were lucky not to have a red inside 2 minutes

Honestly, fuck referees

I thought he did okay myself. Nuno can have no complaints as all managers were told this won't be tolerated after the Klopp incident. I just hope it is simply a fine.

BTW - if we are talking about officials can I please mention Sian Massey? She was absolutely superb running the line. Got everything perfectly right. THAT is a quality official. (And yes I know I was horrid about her in her first game before it gets brought up again)

I would assume the ref was given an earful about not sending Klopp off by his superiors.

Apparently they told all managers that this would be looked on harshly in future so the ref has followed that directive.

Nuno can have no complaints today. The point will be if another manager does the same thing in the rest of the season and gets treated differently

Tremendous stuff today, my heart sank when they equalised in the 87th minute and I felt we had thrown it away, when Jota's winner went in I went nuts as did everyone else, what a feeling! Never noticed Nuno's celebrations, fuck that cunt of a ref sending him off but not Klopp the other week.

Great to see a hat trick and Jota is well and truly back to his best. Love the pairing of Jimenez and Jota working so hard together up top with Moutinho just behind them. Neves and Dendoncker were excellent behind him too, Neves's passing, WOW!

Have waited a while to see Jonny and Vinaigre RWB and LWB and I felt they played it well, especially Vin's attacking play in the second half, was disappointed that he was taken off and almost came back to bite us on the arse.

Patricio's kicking continues to be a problem and unnecessarily plays us into trouble at times, such a basic for such a quality and experienced keeper.

Swap Saiss with Boly and that is our best side for me.

Looking forward to seeing it on MOTD later!

Main part of the game the kicks were going to he Donck. And he won most of the duels as he is good in the air. Then we bring Doc on and Rui starts trying to hit him and twats it out of the pitch all the time. Most odd.

Ha, just said the same to Spiers moaning about it on Twitter. You can't make the same errors throughout the season just because you did it once.

Once Nuno had passed the point of no return he should have quite simply just “klinsmann’d” in front of the South Bank.

Still buzzing my tits off after that, what a game!! A big Ha ha at all the fuckers who stood up and fucked off when that lump Morgan made it 3-3, you missed a really special moment.

Nice CoC sig by the way Paddy. Great tune.

Struggling with some of the Vinagre love, he ball watched and gave the ball away in a number of situations. I've said before he gives us balance and I like that, but I thought he was poor today.

Thought Vinny was superb and was surprised to see him subbed off. Was causing them all sorts of problems down the left.
