Good people of Britain...........PANIC

I put my shorts on this afternoon, and Mrs Tisi panicked.....mind you the handkerchief on my head might not have helped...!!

Take pleasure in the fact that you are all having better weather than Pittsburgh this year! June has been horrendous, rain most days, floods, and it continues for the next 9 days. Feel really sorry for my niece who is camping here, its been shit weatherwise for her :(

It was 33 today and meant to be hotter. Fortunately I have the coldest office in the World - not quite as fortunate in the winter.

We had some spectacular lightning here last night. The proper fork stuff like you see abroad, with a bit of thunder, but no rain, which goes to show that Fleetwood Mac are not to be trusted on matter meteorological.

Panic over for the now in the South West as massive cloud cover rolls in & the temp drops by 10c (unless of course that it is bringing the saharan sand that is forecast)

bbc forecast pages don't seem to think we'll have any/much in the way of storms now.

I was looking forward to the heat but right now, it's just cloudy and humid here. Which isn't good. Hopefully we'll get some clearer skies tomorrow/Friday. Yesterday around 5pm was perfect. More of that, please.

I dunno. I have been following netweather and blitzortung.org and there have been plenty of lightning strikes just south of Coventry and also around Nottingham. Just hard to predict where the storms will bubble up.

I actually prefer it like this than full sunshine. I love the heat, but not necessarily the sun.

Weirdo. This is just sticky and makes you sweat like Jamie O'Hara running up the stairs.

Indeed, yesterday was great to sit in, I'm glad I haven't had to go anywhere today.

Very active storm yorkshire way at the mo - heading past York and on towards Newcastle.
