The odds *you* will be hit by the falling Russian spacecraft, incidentally, are nearer 1 in 2.2 trillion. So don't worry too much.
The odds someone will be hit by the falling Russian spacecraft (if it doesn't totally burn up): 1 in 3,200
Sniffer, am I safe in darkest Lincolnshire?
No Frank, my weather predictions state that isolated showers are expected this afternoon however it doesn't categorically rule out that these may include parts of Russian spacecraft. Snow is unlikely though.
So it will not snow, but a Russian spacecraft might come through my roof. Why do I not feel re-assured...!
Carry a bottle of water with you at all times. Throw it at public address systems that instruct you to carry a bottle of water with you in hot weather.
2. Avoid the Daily Express, which will be full of reports of “KILLER HEAT” and “MELTDOWN BRITAIN”. Anything above 25C constitutes killer heat for the Express.
They did make the forty degree call this morning, and also said that the heatwave will last two weeks. Quite where they got that from I dunno as every forecast says thundery breakdown Thursday night or Friday.
I would also be amazed if we made forty degrees. That is hotter than this country has ever reached. I think 38.5 degrees is the record. 32-34 degrees tomorrow I have been informed by a reliable source.
Isn't this thread about snow?
