Good people of Britain...........PANIC

Very little happened down here (though there aren't any decent sized rivers near) - surprisingly calm on Sunday given what we were told to expect.

There have been loads of 'minor floods' in and around Wombourne.

Just in case anyone on here doesn't know what a puddle looks like.

Tresscott ford always looks worse when a car goes in it. They form a dam under the bridge and the water level rises rapidly. They guy didn’t just keep driving into 6ft of water like a submarine.

Is that flood the round oak? Is that from the canal??

I don't think it's from the canal. I think it's all run off from Tollhouse Way.

Looks bad for Ironbridge. Terribly sad. One of my favourite places. There is a reason that Squeeze and I chose it as a wedding venue.

Had a sneak look on our flood risk map system earlier and it seems the Severn might have peaked. If it hasn’t gone over yet it might be ok.

The river Trent right next to my house is essentially a lake right now. There are washlands the other side of it and it is completely covered all the way into the edge of town. Never seen it so high in all my life.

Didn't think Dennis had been as bad as ciara, but the people's republic of ashma park was very nearly cut off, linthouse lane had floods up too car wheel arch depth,(good luck everyone who buys a house on the new estate on the fields when that's built)as did kitchen lane and most of Essington,Lichfield road was also shut by the Broadway pub

I didn't leave the house from Friday night to yesterday morning but saw the aftermath up Linthouse Lane today, proper mess.

Has Storm Dennis looped back on us!

Lovely match day weather at the moment

Yeah not looking forward to venturing out in this!

Nope. Bright sunshine but cold. The weather band of the snow looks like is on the Welsh border so still a good few miles away.

It was snowing quite heavily in Wolves when I finished an hour ago but not sticking apart from car windows

Snowing heavily in Sandwell...few miles down the road and its just raining.

Hell must be getting ready to freeze over
