i saw a comment this morning that he (a wolves supporter at the match) saw Afobe arrive in his car rather than on the team coach. Anyone else aware of this ?

Just reading back through a weeks worth of postings and saw this.

It's very likely to be true as I saw him on the way home from the match at Reading services. I was travelling back from the game to work in Essex and we spoke for some time about the game and his halftime withdrawal. He came across as really nice, but confirmed Jackett was less than happy with both his and the teams performance.

The episode made me think that his time at the club is limited and I can't understand the failure to travel and bond with teammates. He also arrived separately at Shrewsbury pre-season and I know Dave Edwards and Jack Price had to travel from Shrewsbury to Wolves to catch the team coach.

I've been on their site and they are genuinely stiffing their own fans for the same amount, not one of those dodgy fiddles like Blues used to do under the porn brothers.
