Podence and Semedo both look like they have completely forgotten how to do even basic things correctly. I feel sorry for Neto as he's the only attacking player worth a damn in this team today. Coady is having one of those games where he's going to make a mistake that will cost us. Boly and Kilman have done ok. But that's it. Awful again.

Semedo has been OK, but Hoever is still learning

In this formation those players are key to any attack & we are limited down one side.

Podence not really in the game so would have Adama on - some touches from Jose, but naturally is not there yet - one cross if he had gambled would have given him a header 4 yards out

Too deep, though I suspect plan was to be solid as we generally have been. Hoever struggling down that side in and out of possession though.

we have broken into some promising positions but really let ourselves down with the passing, very poor

when they’ve sat off us and let us have it, we’ve had some alright combinations to play through them centrally. Kilman has stepped in with the ball reasonably well.

Need to get Joao on the ball wayyyyy more (starting with playing higher to win ball earlier)
