This is why I made the decision 3 weeks ago that I was not travelling (most relatives are now in Tier 3 & the one who isn't is going to see family in one of the few Tier 1 areas) - hopefully doing some good by helping out with the town's community socially distanced lunch & will Zoom my boys in the evening.

Wouldn't consider it unlikely that rules will change before the 24th anyway (why move areas into Tier 3 for 4 days then unlock it for the next 5 - not sure that there is a rational thought process going on)
