Can I just ask, what is the level of public misery that you wouldn't see fit to make a political gain ? You really are contemptible aren't you ?
Charming!

Anyway.
Interesting thread here on the UK strategy and how it might work and be the best option. I particularly like the last tweet.

Heard from a few people schools are preparing to close next Friday.
I know of a muti-millionaire who is going to struggle unless the government steps in. He's a complete cunt so I couldn't give a flying fuck if he and his family end up destitute.
In fact it would be karma. Sadly he won't but it's nice to know the world can fuck up those that deserve it.
If schools are closed for an extended period of time I will be financially ruined. I rely on schools for my work but am self employed. I could withstand a couple of weeks but anything longer and I'll end up in deep trouble.
The two I spoke to yesterday, senior teachers from different areas, both said they are planning for Easter holidays to start early next Friday with at least 3 weeks off, but probably more.
I know it’s small comfort, but I really hope the government put something in place to help the self-employed / zero hour workers. Focusing only on businesses ignore a huge amount of people.
This mass panic and virus will affect the poorest and most at risk people the most- those living paycheck to paycheck, those with loans, those in poor health. Multimillionaires will be fine. People here are stockpiling food and medicine but 1/3 of the people are pensioners getting 150-300 euros a month, they cant afford to stockpile anything
I think they are going to announce measures this week for all workers and I've had emails from my bank saying they are here for support (whatever that means).
They should, but it barely covers basic bills and medicine/ food as it isI presume this pensioners will still get that money?

I see Karren Brady is making friends in Liverpool this morning. 2 staged attacked from her regarding the Prem League and Coronavirus
1) Says Prem League should be voided for this season and therefore deny Liverpool their deserved title
2) Wrote it in the Sun
Qualifications? Absolutely zero. This person is not an expert and certainly shouldn't be talking about a virus with authority. Shameful stuff from the Beeb.
Well they had Nige on last week telling us how to handle it and who was to blame, so a step up from them tbh
