Bournemouth 1-1 Wolves (Bournemouth win 5-4 on pens) : Verdict Thread

I think he was trying to tell him not to worry / gee him up a bit rather than being a dick
I’m sure this was the case, not sure how appreciative Doherty would have been to it.

It feels awful, but we are not going down gents.

One positive is we get a little window into what we look like without Cunha.

Over the years, I used to wonder how the fuck Albion used to somehow survive relegation when they had such terrible players and kept appointing terrible managers.

They had ridiculous luck with other teams somehow being worse than they were.

If we stay up this season (and I would agree that we *should* - by no means a given yet though) I think it would surpass any of those Albion fluke seasons.

Not sure seeing what we’re like without Cunha is a positive. More like staring down the barrel of the future shot gun

I know what you're saying but even this Wolves team is better than pretty much any side Albion had. A full season with a competent manager has us about 14th I reckon?

From the post match press conference:-

Bellegarde was injured after 90 mins.
Doherty has a hamstring injury.
Strand Larsen was only supposed to play 70 mins.

Yet we continually hit the self destruct button with moments of crazy ill discipline and have far too many players who aren't good enough and aren't very likeable.

Fact is that with our PPG, we're very lucky not to be adrift in the bottom 3.

Strange that Cunha himself in the past 15
mins has posted on Insta his goal and celebration.

One small mercy in there at least.

Not really, the longer he’s been here the more it has been all about him.

Yes, whilst I think we are better than those Albion sides, the 3 sides below us are worst than most/all Albion had to compete with.

Some of the stuff that's gone on this season is just ridiculous. Lemina going, RAN, Cunha x 2, Dawson, Derry v Lemina, signing SJ, keeping GON for so long, all avoidable.

We were unlucky with Mosquera injury (Rogers fucked him) but other than that so much of it has been self inflicted/avoidable.

My guess is 6 games. Kudus got 5 for similar. This is his second offence
