Morgan has gone for the Scattergun approach to that ideal though - Spend, panic, sack, Spend a shit load, PANIC, sack, employ a cunt, SACK. (lolz)

Sensible spending football is they way forward (if you accept that the Top 8 of the Prem is a dreamland), at least SM has a degree of the future in mind with the rebuild of the Academy and greater view to using own players. Before KJ arrived and after Mick was sacked, he lost all touch with reality though and kind of ruined things a tad.

Blackpool on the other hand, have no eye on the future, apart from what money can Daddy get from the club. There is being sensible and then there is putting the club at risk, not from a financial standing but in terms of getting new players, fans etc.
