Merch cash will expire sometime in June this year and then starts from £0 again. So you would presume anything you buy now will put 10% in your total.

I have £20 sat in mine, hoping to use it on the new kit...bet he bastards release it the day after the Merch cash expires

Buy yourself a £20 gift voucher before it expires and then use the "cash" when you want

Ticket Cash will appear in the top left hand corner of the screen when you log in on the ticket page
Only way I can see Merch Cash is to pop something into the basket, go to the payment section and next to the card details you will see what you have in Merch Cash.

Wolves should also send you a monthly email with both amounts in

Thanks, never been on the site on a computer and it doesn’t show on my phone. Apparently I have 0 ticket cash despite a season ticket and all the home cup games...

I also have zero merch cash despite buying my shirt, and some polos for my dad.

So how do I get them...

Might just be an online glitch. Giving the club a call might be the best option.

I had to email them twice this season to add my points. Says manually added by 2 lots.

Also I can't see it on my phone (Chrome, Android) so I log on my PC to see them.

It's normally an email confirmation. The letter comes with the membership card a week or so before the season starts.

I had an email confirming I'd renewed. You need to keep the same card as new ones aren't being issued
