The wife's membership arrived today but not Sydney's. No season ticket for me or Cass either. Don't know why they didn't just upload to the existing smartcards.

They told me that they'd send out new cards, I presumed this was going from a membership to season ticket. Renewed memberships are getting new cards too hence Kel getting one, Sydney's renewal just hasn't turned up.

New S/T's should get new cards anyway - membership cards were only ever a single season item (those S/T holders renewing weren't going to need a new card)

Not always. I've still got history of me renewing mine in my account, had the same card for ages.

I'm going back a while. It did used to be a renewable item that you had to renew manually. It was the black card with the two eyes on that I had for ages.
